Upcoming Events, Workshops, and Education Programs:
The Education and Training Department staff continue to provide opportunities for members to gain and enhance their skills through our online trainings. These trainings are open to members in All Regions. Workshop descriptions and registration for all current offerings are available online at cseany.org.
Participants must use their own time or have approved release time to attend trainings if attending during their normal work hours. Grievance Representation Training and Representing Members in Discipline and Interrogation Training are both required for all officers as per the CSEA Constitutions.
Applications for the Election of Officers and Executive Board Members Due Friday, April 25th.

Brothers and Sisters,
The Election for the Officers and Executive Board Members for Local 403 is upon us. The following positions are up for election: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Interested candidates only need to submit an application.
Interested candidates (or slates) need to contact Veronica Dlodlo to obtain the needed paperwork to get started. Applications cannot be distributed to interested candidates until April 10th and must be returned by April 25th.
If an election is needed, we will be conducting the election using an online vendor, Election Buddy. This will be used for any eligible voter with an email on file. Please log onto your CSEA account, https://cseany.org/ , and verify that your current email is on file. Electronic election will open on May 5th and will close on May 16th, The results will be posted on May 19th.
Veronica Dlodlo, Terri Morris and Robert Walsh are available to answer any questions concerning the election or if you are interested in learning more about the duties and responsibilities of each position.

Registration Information:
It is important to preregister because the workshop attendance is used to determine the amount of materials and reservations for meals. If you register but cannot attend, please contact the region office to cancel your attendance. This will provide other members the opportunity to register.
